Do I have to log every interaction?
Nope! Log what you remember, when you remember. The app works better with consistent logging, but it's designed to be helpful even if you're not perfect. Life happens.
How is this different from a CRM?

What do I get for free?
Every feature, for up to 15 people, forever. Nothing is held back behind a paywall: all four tiers, the Weekly Review, birthday reminders, Holding Close and encrypted backups are all in the free version. Pro raises the limit to 150 people and changes nothing else.
Why 15 people?
It's Dunbar's "sympathy group": your 5 closest plus about 10 close friends. For a lot of people that's everyone they actively want to keep up with, so the free version is genuinely enough rather than a sampler.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
Nothing gets locked. Everyone you already track stays fully usable, notes and history included. You just can't add someone new until you're back under 15. Your data is never held hostage.
Is this available on iOS?
